Microsoft Office
Elected to teach Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access at Star Training Institute. Successfully created small software applications to use with Microsoft Word and Excel. Attended a college course on Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access at Tulsa Community College.
Web Design:
I used my spare time to increase my skill and productivity in the computer science field.
Computer Programming:
While in the Armed Service, he wrote software in Visual Basic, Java and other Web programming languages. Created more than 10 practical (small) software solutions that have increased everyday productivity by as much as 150%.
Motor Transport Operator:
Maintained more than $1,000,000 of military equipment and successfully led personnel to a common goal (mission).
Leadership Training:
During my vocational training at Central Tech, I completed leadership training. In the last year of my military service, I attended one-month leadership training.
Computer Repair:
Fixed or repaired more than 100 laptops. While working at Star Training Institute, upgraded Pearson VUE computers' hardware and educational software. Successfully maintained and upgraded more than 30 personal computers and one server. Solved computer networking issues.
Public Speaking:
Completed eight speeches in Toastmasters and one in a college course.
AutoCAD programming:
While in the Armed Service, I wrote software in LISP, Visual Basic, Java, Etc.... Used spare time to increase skills and productivity in the AutoCAD based field of Drafting and Design.
